Hilary Duff has said that she was very unhappy when she was skinny back in her late teen days.
Hilary Duff told Health: "I got pretty skinny when I was between 17 and 19.
"At the time I was starting to become aware of what people said about me and how I looked in pictures. I regret it because I don't think I was happy then."
Hilary Duff said that she is happy to have a husband that supports her. She praised Mike Comrie to help her feel goo about herself.
Hilary Duff explained: "It really helps to have a partner that loves everything about you and makes you feel really beautiful."
