Adrien Brody has decided to go to court to stop the release of Giallo.
The Italian horror flick that is set to be released on DVD on 20 October, 2010. Giallo is directed by Dario Argento, and did not received a theatrical release in the United States of America.
Adrien Brody has accused the film producers of lying to him to prevent him from walking away from the movie. Adrien Brody later learned that the film was underfunded and plus he has not yet received his pay check from the movie authorities.
Adrien Brody is asking for $3 million to prevent Giallo from getting released.
