Anne Hathaway has said that she was amazed to see how much she enjoyed the script of the movie Love and Other Drugs
Anne told about her initial concerns over the movie saying she was not sure of the whole thing. But, once talking to Edward Zwick (the director of Love and Other Drugs) she got assured. She added that it was her trust in the ability of Edward Zwick to create a sense of reality in the story that made her stay.
"I tried not to like the script as much as I did, because it scared me," she said.
Anne said: "What if it becomes a melodrama? What if the audience doesn't find these challenging characters charming? There were so many things that could possibly go wrong with it."
Anne Hathaway went on to say that getting naked in front of camera was not a problem for her because things like that are fairly normal for her character.
Anne Hathaway explained: "These are people who have no trouble taking their clothes off - in a way, their bodies are their currency… But they're terrified of exposing their vulnerability, of becoming emotionally naked."
Love and Other Drugs is set to be released on November 24 in cinemas of United States.
