Anne Hathaway admitted that when she embarks into a new relationship she tries to guard her emotions

Talking to Vogue, Anne Hathaway said that after her fraud trial with the previous boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, she has been constantly reexamining if she had been trusting her partners too much.

"It takes a minute for me to let my guard down, but once I do and I get to know someone, I'm very open, very trusting," she said. "Some might say too trusting."

She explained: "I was a wreck from start to finish. I think I cried every single day."
