Kourtney Kardashian has lost a lot of weight recently. She went from 140 lbs. to 95 lbs. over this year.

Kourtney Kardashian is now sharing with others how she lost so much weight.

"I’ll eat Oreo Double Stufs, but I’ll have two instead of eating a box of them," Kourtney admitted about loving a little junk food.

Kourtney Kardashian believes that only a change in life style can help in losing wieght: "Try to get workouts in. It’s always so hard to start [a weight-loss plan] and get into it, but I think it’s a positive thing that everyone should try to do for themselves."
